Follow God’s Way
தேவன் காட்டும் வழியில் செல்லுங்கள்
We may not always have everything we need before taking the first step. When God shows us the way, we can obey Him and trust Him for what comes next.
முதல் படியை எடுக்கும்போதே தேவையான எல்லாமும் நம்மிடம் இருக்காது. ஆனால் தேவன் அடுத்த படியைத் தெளிவாகக் காட்டும்போது, நாம் அவருக்குக் கீழ்ப்படிந்து, மீதியை அவர் பார்த்துக்கொள்வார் என்று நம்ப வேண்டும்.

Elijah and the Widow | எலியாவும் விதவையும்
When the brook dried up, God sent Elijah to Zarephath. There he met a widow who had only a handful of flour and a little oil—enough for one final meal for herself and her son.
ஓடை வற்றியபோது, தேவன் எலியாவை சாறிபாத்துக்கு அனுப்பினார். அங்கே ஒரு விதவையை அவர் சந்தித்தார். அவளிடம் தனக்கும் தன் மகனுக்கும் கடைசியாக ஒரு வேளை உணவு செய்யத் தேவையான கொஞ்சம் மாவும் எண்ணெயும் மட்டுமே இருந்தது.
Elijah told her not to fear and gave her God’s promise. She acted on that word. During the famine, the flour was not used up and the oil did not run dry.
எலியா அவளிடம் பயப்பட வேண்டாம் என்று சொல்லி, தேவனுடைய வாக்கை அறிவித்தார். அவள் அந்த வார்த்தையை நம்பிச் செயல்பட்டாள். பஞ்சம் இருந்த காலம் முழுவதும் மாவும் தீரவில்லை; எண்ணெயும் குறையவில்லை.

Listen | கவனியுங்கள்
Elijah moved when God gave him a new direction.
தேவன் புதிய வழியைக் காட்டியபோது எலியா அதன்படி சென்றார்.
Obey | கீழ்ப்படியுங்கள்
The widow acted even though her situation had not yet changed.
சூழ்நிலை இன்னும் மாறாதபோதும் அந்த விதவை கீழ்ப்படிந்து செயல்பட்டாள்.
Trust | நம்புங்கள்
God did what neither of them could accomplish by their own strength.
அவர்களுடைய சொந்த பலத்தால் செய்ய முடியாததை தேவன் செய்து, தம்முடைய வார்த்தையை நிறைவேற்றினார்.

Has God already made the next step clear while I am still waiting for a more convenient time?

Think of one thing you know is right but have been delaying. Pray about it, plan wisely and take one practical step this week.
செய்ய வேண்டியது சரி என்று தெரிந்தும் தள்ளிப்போட்டு வரும் ஒரு காரியத்தை நினைத்துப் பாருங்கள். அதைப் பற்றி ஜெபித்து, ஞானமாகத் திட்டமிட்டு, இந்த வாரம் ஒரு நடைமுறை படியை எடுங்கள்.
Prayer | ஜெபம்
Lord, keep fear from controlling me and help me pay attention to Your direction. Show me where I need to obey You today. Give me courage to do my part and faith to trust You with the rest. Amen.
